Complaint of the Month
stop putting your silly
litterbug stickers around "our" surf spots, I peel them off every
time I see them,
many of have been
riding waves around here for a LOT longer than you have, and we
don't feel a need to post photo's on the net.
I checked out "your"
site, keep in mind someday you might grow up and regret making
immature faces for the camera, and the "spray spot" "jiz target"
tattoo's.

DSG RESPONSE:
If there are any
photos that identify secret beaches, I will take them off, but I
don't post photos with concrete identifiers, or directions, or
anything like that. And actually, I usually post the shitty
photos because I am always surfing when its good. The only place
I've put stickers up at is *bleep* and *bleep*, which are pretty well
known spots published in the Seattle Times. If there are stickers anywhere else, other people
have put them there.
I don't
regret promoting girl surfing. There have been only a couple of
girls in the line up ever since I started, and hopefully that will
change. If you have a problem with that, I feel truly sorry for
you. You might want to take a step back and realize that it's
pretty cool to share one of the best experiences in the world.
Plus, the site is not suppose to be taken seriously, and honestly
surfing in general shouldn't be taken that seriously unless you
are going pro or something.
If you are so worried
about more surfers, why don't you start writing Quiksilver,
Billabong, or Roxy about the increase in surfing. The increase in
surfers is due to an increase in surfing marketing around the
world. I know you have been around a lot longer and I respect
that, but sooner or later you will have to deal with the fact that
more people are going to start surfing in Washington. I mean have
you been to *bleep* lately??? Was the doubling at
*bleep* this year due to my website's crappy picture of
*bleep* or *bleep* is on it? If it was, I am truly a
marketing genius.
I'm pretty sure no
one will take up the sport because of my website alone. Maybe,
just maybe, some girls might stick around in the winter to keep me
company. I have been surfing like 4 days a week out here and
there is practically no one in the lineups (8-10 at max). If you
want to start a petition or something about taking my website
down, go ahead. I've only heard like 5 complaints and a lot more
compliments.
P.S. I'll never
regret an immature face for the camera- they are far more
entertaining

Compliment of the Month
Just wanted to drop a quick
line and let you know that you girls rock. I saw a sticker for your website
on the shitter at la push this past weekend and I dig your little logo with
the chick with pigtails. I have a pink tee on order as we speak. I just
started surfing in June and me and my girls have spent the summer road
tripping up and down the NW coast in my Volvo wagon in search of waves, hot
boys and random adventures. We always had a good time hanging with our
American neighbours. Been to *bleep*a bunch, but this was my first
visit to *bleep* and my first experience with winter swell. I got the
crap kicked out of me all weekend out there. And got one nice ride to keep
me hooked. I took a sweet knock right across the nose too; superstar. So
keep the blog going and tips flying; I know my surfing is going to improve
dramatically now that all I have to think about is leading with the pussy;
damn why didn't someone tell me that sooner. I hope to paddle into some
waves with you chicas sometime. Bounce.
